Diagnosis before delivery

You dared to dream it. We make it real.

We are GrowthPulse, a growth studio for knowledge businesses and telehealth brands, whether the business exists yet or is still an idea. We work out what your business needs to grow, then build it: positioning, funnels, campaigns and creative, and we stay until the numbers hold.

Over 30 years combined in marketing, growth, product and operations, behind launches, brands and funnels you may already know.

Two kinds of business. One way of working.

We work in two worlds that look different from the outside and behave the same way underneath: a real product, a founder who cares about it, and marketing that has never quite done it justice.

  • Knowledge businesses

Authors, coaches, course creators and membership builders.

    What we have done:

More than 200 launches for knowledge businesses. Brands built from nothing, like The Natural Law, taken from zero to 200,000 subscribers in six months, and Zero to Skill. And launches for established names like Michael Pilarczyk, Jordan Peterson and Rich Litvin, including $1.5M from a single launch.

    What we tend to fix:

An offer that is clearer in your head than on the page, the wrong funnel for the product, launches that run on adrenaline instead of a plan, and a list that has never been properly monetized.

  • Telehealth brands

Dermatology, GLP-1, hormone and testosterone brands, mostly in the US.

    What we have done:

Launched Sprout Health from nothing to $1.4M in 13 months, rebuilt and relaunched DermClick, an existing dermatology brand, from the front end to the intake funnel, and audited and fixed funnels for brands that could not scale paid.

    What we tend to fix:

Quiz to intake funnels that leak, product pages that do not convert, copy that is either too clinical or too loud, and acquisition that depends on one channel.

Where are you right now?

Most people arrive with one of these three sentences in their head. Start with the one that sounds like yours.

  • Growth Partnership

“I need a team to own my marketing.”

We become the marketing department inside your business. We lead it and we do the work: campaigns to the audience you already have, and funnels that bring new people in. Your team keeps running the business. We run the growth.

    See how a partnership works
  • Launch Pack

“I have something to launch and nobody to launch it.”

One offer, one launch, around three months from kickoff to live. A program, a book, a membership, a new treatment line. We work out which funnel it needs, then we build it, write it and launch it with you.

    See what a launch includes
  • Full-Funnel Optimization

“I have a funnel and the numbers are not there.”

We read the whole funnel against benchmarks, then work a prioritized backlog in rounds until the numbers hold. Every week you see what we changed, what it moved and what comes next.

    See how optimization runs

Position. Build. Prove. Scale.

Every engagement, whatever its size, runs through the same four stages. The stages are fixed. What happens inside them is decided by your business, not by a template.

  1. 01. Position

Before we build anything, we go deep on the whole business: why it exists, who it is for, and where it stands in its market. Most marketing fails because this step was skipped. You come out of it with a brand that knows where it stands and why someone should choose it, written down as one strategy, so every decision after it has a reason behind it.

  2. 02. Build

Then we build what the strategy calls for, and nothing it does not. Every page, email and ad comes from the same positioning, so the brand tells one story wherever people meet it. You see each piece before it goes live. What you end up with is a funnel that sounds like you from the first ad to the thank-you page, built to be measured, not admired.

  3. 03. Prove

Then we launch it and let the numbers speak. Every step of the funnel has a benchmark, and we hold what we built against it in writing, every week, including the weeks the news is bad. Most agencies report activity. We report what moved. What you get is proof, not a promise: you know what is working, what is not, and what we are doing about it, before you have to ask.

  4. 04. Scale

Once something proves itself, we put more behind it and cut what did not earn its place. Growth built this way does not depend on one launch or one channel, it keeps working after the launch week is over. What you end up with is a business that grows on purpose, with a marketing engine your team understands and could run without us if it had to.

What this looks like in practice.

Four engagements, four different starting points. Each one shows the stage we were brought in at and what moved.

  • Michael Pilarczyk · Launch Pack

    $1.5M from a single launch.

    Starting point:

An established author with an annual launch that already worked, and a ceiling it had not broken.

    What we did:

Rebuilt the launch model around the offer, then segmented the whole list so each group got the offer that fit it. Ran the campaign end to end, paid ads included, and turned Michael’s YouTube channel into a launch channel: links, thumbnails and recommended videos all pointing one way. Michael was hands-on in every asset, which is a big part of why it worked. Revenue went from around $900K the year before to $1.5M in a single launch window.

    Window:

One launch, early December to mid January.

  • Sprout Health · Growth Partnership

    $0 to $1.4M in 13 months.

    Starting point:

A GLP-1 telehealth brand that did not exist yet, still just an idea from the founders.

    What we did:

Built the brand from the ground up. Positioning, site, the first quiz to intake funnel and the email engine behind it, then the acquisition to feed it: affiliates, UGC and paid. Along the way we connected the departments a telehealth business runs on, pharmacy, customer support, tech and marketing, so a patient’s journey worked as one thing instead of four. A new vertical roughly every two months after that.

    Window:

Thirteen months from first line of copy to $1.4M.

  • The Natural Law · Growth Partnership

0 to 200,000 subscribers in six months.

    Starting point:

A brand, a documentary on Ayurveda and an audience that did not exist yet.

    What we did:

Built the whole business launch around the documentary. Six months of campaign, one after the other: an Ayurvedic quiz, a masterclass, a summit, the documentary itself, and a launch event in the US with the authors and experts who appear in it. More than 200 affiliates recruited and kept engaged with prizes and challenges, with paid ads on top. Then we ran marketing and business management for three years.

    Window:

Six months from first campaign to 200,000 subscribers and around $500K in revenue.

  • Fabulous · Full-Funnel Optimization

Onboarding conversion from 2% to 8%.

    Starting point:

A live product with millions of users and an onboarding funnel nobody had tested properly.

    What we did:

Put real experimentation in place and ran a prioritized test backlog.

    Window:

    One year of continuous testing.

Every number on this page comes from work the three of us did ourselves, much of it before the studio had a name. We have run the businesses, not just the ads.

How we work.

  • We start with what is true, not with a tactic

Your products, your pricing, your audience, your numbers, and the one thing you do that nobody else does. That last part is usually the thing nobody has ever written down properly. The diagnosis decides the plan, not the other way around, which is why the answer to “which funnel should I run” is never the same twice.

  • We would rather be clear than loud

Every business worth working on has something real at the centre of it. For an author it is the work itself. For a health brand it is the reason the founder started and the patients it was built for. Our job is to translate that into offers, pages and campaigns people trust, not to shout over it. The kind of marketing that pressures people into buying leaves everyone feeling slightly used, and it stops working the week the launch ends. We do not write it and we do not run it.

  • We commit to numbers we can defend

Every conversion point in a funnel has a benchmark: registration rate, show-up rate, close rate, cost per acquisition. We tell you where you stand against those benchmarks, what each gap is worth, and we work them in order. You see it every week, in writing, including the weeks when the news is bad.

Over 30 years combined across marketing, growth, product and operations. AI makes us faster and lets us test more of what matters. The judgement about what to build, what to test and what to leave alone stays human. We go deep on a defined scope, because depth is where results come from. Studios that say yes to everything optimize nothing.

The three of us.

Our story starts at Mindvalley in 2014, where we met taking authors’ programs to market. We have been building, launching and fixing businesses together ever since. Three of us, three pillars: strategy, growth, operations. You work with all three of us directly, never with an account manager in between.

Questions people ask before applying.

What happens after I apply?

You pick a time on our calendar, at least three days out, and we read what you sent before the call. The call is thirty to forty five minutes with Simina or Sara: we ask about the business, the products and the numbers, and you hear what we would actually do. If both sides want to go ahead, you get scope, timeline and pricing in writing. Then we start.

How soon do we see results?

It depends on where you start. A launch runs around three months from kickoff to live, and the number is in by the end of the launch window. Optimization shows movement within the first few weekly rounds and we keep going until the numbers hold. A partnership compounds: the first quarter builds the engine, the ones after it run on it.

Do you replace my team?

No. We sit inside your business alongside your integrator, your GM and whoever else you have. We lead the marketing and do the work. Your team keeps running the business. If you have nobody yet, we can be the whole marketing function until you do.

What does it cost?

Launch Pack and Full-Funnel Optimization are fixed-scope projects with a fixed price. When the launch is an evergreen funnel, the build is followed by a minimum of three months of optimization, with a monthly retainer after that only if you want one. Growth Partnership is a monthly retainer. We do not publish prices because the scope decides them, but you get scope, timeline and pricing in writing after the call, before you commit to anything.

Do you work with telehealth?

Yes. Dermatology, GLP-1, hormone and testosterone brands, mostly in the US, and mostly in one of two situations: launching from scratch, or an existing brand that cannot scale. We have done both.

What if we are not the right fit?

We tell you, within two to three business days, and we tell you what we would do in your position. We only take on work we are genuinely excited about, because that is the work we do well.
