Growth Partnership

We build, launch and grow the business with you.

We partner with you to build, launch and grow the business, and we take full ownership of the marketing while we do it. Strategy, brand, funnels, campaigns, email and the team to execute them, on a weekly rhythm, for as long as it takes to build an engine that keeps working. For knowledge businesses and telehealth brands, whether the business exists yet or is still an idea.

We reply within two to three business days.

For a business that needs a team, not a project.

Two kinds of founder come to us for a partnership.

The first has a business already: a real product, an audience or the means to reach one, and growth that keeps stalling because nobody owns it end to end. Maybe there is a marketing hire or two doing their best without a strategy above them. Maybe there is nobody, and you are the marketing department on top of everything else you do.

The second has an idea and the ambition to make it a business, and does not want to build it alone. Here we take on everything from the first day: the brand, the positioning, the offer, the funnels, the email, the communication, and the team to run it. That is how Sprout Health and The Natural Law started.

Either way, one funnel or one launch will not do it. What you need is a senior team that takes responsibility for the whole picture, builds it with you, and stays: one initiative after another, each one measured, until the engine runs.

If you have one specific thing to launch, a Launch Pack is the better start. If you have one funnel that should be doing more, that is Full-Funnel Optimization. We will tell you which on the call.

Two engines. One team running both.

Every business we partner with grows in the same two directions, and we run them side by side.

  • The audience you already have

Your list, your customers, your patients, your followers. Most businesses sit on an audience that has never been properly served or properly sold to. We build the campaigns, the offers and the calendar that turn it into steady revenue, without burning it out.

  • The people who have not found you yet

New funnels, new channels, new creative. Paid, partners, affiliates, content: whatever the diagnosis says will bring the right people in at a cost the business can carry. One initiative at a time, so each one gets finished and measured before the next one starts.

For telehealth brands the partnership goes wider than marketing, on purpose. A patient’s journey runs through pharmacy, customer support, tech and marketing, and it only works if those four behave as one thing. We sit in the middle of that and keep it connected.

The same four stages we run everything through, with no end date on the last two.

  1. 01. Position

The first month is audit, strategy and roadmap. For a business that exists, we read every number, every funnel and every asset you have, and learn the product the way we would if we had built it ourselves. For one that does not exist yet, we build the foundation: who it is for, what it stands for, what it sells and why someone should choose it. Either way you come out of the month with a written strategy and a roadmap ordered by what each move is worth. Nothing gets built until you have signed off on where we are going and why.

  2. 02. Build

Then the roadmap starts moving. Funnels, campaigns, offers, pages, emails, creative: whatever the current initiative calls for, built by the marketing department we run together. We set the strategy and write the briefs. Execution goes to the right hands, yours or ours, and we lead it either way.

  3. 03. Prove

Every Monday you get the numbers, the diagnosis and the week’s actions in writing, without exception. Every initiative has benchmarks before it starts and a verdict after it runs. When something misses, we say so, and we change course. In a partnership that is included: if the right move is a different funnel, we build the different funnel. No menu, no invoice for changing direction.

  4. 04. Scale

What proves itself gets more behind it; what does not gets cut. Over the quarters the initiatives add up to an engine, and the engine needs less of us to run. The aim is a business that grows on purpose, with a marketing function your team understands and could run without us if it had to.

What this looks like in practice.

  • Sprout Health · Telehealth

    $0 to $1.4M in 13 months.

    Starting point:

A GLP-1 telehealth brand that did not exist yet, still just an idea from the founders.

    What we did:

Built the brand from the ground up. Positioning, site, the first quiz to intake funnel and the email engine behind it, then the acquisition to feed it: affiliates, UGC and paid. Along the way we connected the departments a telehealth business runs on, pharmacy, customer support, tech and marketing, so a patient’s journey worked as one thing instead of four. A new vertical roughly every two months after that.

    Window:

Thirteen months from first line of copy to $1.4M.

  • The Natural Law · Knowledge business

0 to 200,000 subscribers in six months.

    Starting point:

A brand and an audience that did not exist, and a documentary on Ayurveda that did.

    What we did:

Built the whole business launch around the documentary. Six months of campaign, one after the other: an Ayurvedic quiz, a masterclass, a summit, the documentary itself, and a launch event in the US with the authors and experts who appear in it. More than 200 affiliates recruited and kept engaged with prizes and challenges, with paid ads on top. Then we ran marketing and business management for three years.

    Window:

Six months from first campaign to 200,000 subscribers and around $500K in revenue.

  • SoulCybin · Consumer wellness

$200K to $360K a month in five months.

    Starting point:

A brand with products people wanted and an active list it already knew how to convert, but new leads coming in too slowly, in a category where most ads get rejected before they run.

    What we did:

Came in as the marketing team on a three-month commitment, hired to bring new leads, and stayed as the growth partnership. Acquisition first: paid media on every channel the category allowed, UGC, affiliates, and a referral program that existed but had never fully run. Then we took over the list monetization too and kept the rhythm going: a launch or a promotion to the list every month, each one measured.

    Window:

Five months from the first campaign to $360K a month.

  • Golden Era Media · Knowledge business

From an idea to a running academy.

    Starting point:

A filmmaker with an idea for a film academy, and nothing built yet.

    What we did:

Turned the idea into a high-end offer with an application process behind it, then launched it and kept launching. A webinar, a challenge, and one funnel after another built to bring in the right high-ticket clients. About a year of working side by side, then coming back to advise as it grew.

    Window:

Started in 2021 as an idea. Today a full running academy in the Dutch market, in Dutch.

Every number on this page comes from work the three of us did ourselves, much of it before the studio had a name. We have run the businesses, not just the ads.

What we promise, and what we do not.

We will not project your revenue. What we commit to is ownership: a strategy and a roadmap in writing, benchmarks on every initiative before it starts, a written report every Monday without exception, and a team that changes course when the numbers say so instead of defending the plan.

The difference between a partnership and a project is who carries the miss. In a Launch Pack or an optimization engagement, the next step after a miss is scoped and priced. In a partnership we own the objective, so the pivot is our job, and it is included.

We are not a full-time team, and we do not sell hours. We work on outcomes, against a roadmap we build with you, with a small number of businesses at a time so each one gets our full attention. What that looks like in practice, how much of us you get and what a month contains, is in the proposal, in writing, before you commit to anything.

What we will need on your side.

A partnership only works when both sides show up. These are the four things that make it possible.

  • Access to everything: the numbers, the platforms, the team and the founder. We cannot own growth we can only see from the outside.

  • A decision maker in the room. Someone who can say yes on a weekly rhythm, because a roadmap that waits for approvals is not a roadmap.

  • A team to execute with, or the budget to build one. Where you have people, we lead them. Where you have gaps, we bring specialists we have worked with for years and lead them so you do not have to.

  • You, when it matters. For a knowledge business that means on camera and in front of your audience. For a telehealth brand it means the reason you started is something we can build on, and the departments behind the brand are open to us.

Tell us honestly where you stand on the call. It shapes what the proposal actually recommends.

Questions people ask about Growth Partnership.

How is this different from a Launch Pack or Full-Funnel Optimization?

Those are projects: fixed scope, fixed price, a defined end. A partnership is a team. We own the growth objective rather than a deliverable, and we keep going, initiative after initiative. If you are starting from nothing, the line is simple: a Launch Pack launches one offer, once. A partnership builds the business and stays to grow it.

Do you replace my team?

No. We sit inside your business alongside your integrator, your GM and whoever else you have, and we lead the marketing. Where you have people, we direct them. Where you have gaps, we bring specialists we have worked with for years and lead them. If you have nobody yet, we are the whole marketing function until you do.

Do you run our ads?

If you have a media buyer, we direct them: campaigns, audiences, creative and what changes each week. If you do not, we can run the account ourselves as an addition to the partnership. Either way the strategy comes from us.

What happens in the first month?

Audit, strategy and roadmap. If the business exists, we read everything and learn the product. If it does not yet, we build the foundation it will stand on. Either way you get a written strategy and a roadmap in the order things are worth doing, and you sign it off before anything gets built.

What if something does not work?

We say so on the Monday it becomes clear, and we change it. In a partnership that is included. If the right move is a different funnel, we build it, as the current initiative, not stacked on top of everything else.

Why one initiative at a time?

Because a marketing department running seven things at once optimizes none of them. We have seen it happen. One initiative in flight on each engine, finished and measured, then the next. That is how a roadmap keeps its integrity, and how every result can be traced back to what caused it.

Do you work with telehealth?

Yes, and a telehealth partnership goes wider than marketing on purpose. A patient’s journey crosses pharmacy, customer support, tech and marketing, and it only works when the four behave as one. We sit across all of them.

How long do we commit for?

Six months minimum, because the first quarter builds the engine and the second one proves it. After that it runs month to month, and either side can stop with thirty days’ notice.

What does it cost?

A monthly retainer. We do not publish it because the scope decides it, but after the call you get the scope, what a month contains, and the pricing in writing, before you commit to anything. Partnership slots are the most limited of the three, because the three of us work on every one directly.

Tell us what you want the business to become.

Tell us where it is today, or what it is going to be, and where you want it to go. We read every application ourselves, and we take on the partnerships we are genuinely excited to build.
