Launch Pack
One offer. One launch. Everything it takes to go live, and to keep working after.
A program, a book, a membership, a new treatment line. We work out which funnel it needs, then we build it, write it and launch it with you. Around three months from kickoff to live, with the optimization window included, because a launch that ends the day the cart closes is not finished.
We reply within two to three business days.
Built for one moment: getting this offer live.
You have an offer, and an audience or a budget to reach one. You want it launched once, properly, by a team that builds around what you sell instead of dropping it into a template.
It also fits if a funnel you tried before did not work and what you want now is a real rebuild, not patches on something already broken.
If what you need is revenue that does not depend on a live date, that is the evergreen launch below: a funnel built to sell every day, from the first line of copy through its first three months of traffic.
Two kinds of launch. One way of running them.
Which one you need is the first thing we work out, and it is decided by one question: is there a live date?
Event launch
Webinar, challenge, summit, docuseries, book campaign. There is a date, and the whole plan is built backwards from it. Lead generation goes live while the sales layer is still being built, because the event gives us the runway. The optimization happens inside the launch: three weeks of ad, creative and page work while it runs, then the sales window after.
Evergreen launch
Evergreen webinars and quiz funnels for knowledge businesses, intake and onboarding quizzes for telehealth and product brands. No date, no event: the funnel sells every day. We build it from scratch, around your offer. Nothing goes live until every piece is built, because there is no event to hide unfinished work behind. Then traffic starts and we stay in, optimizing for a minimum of three months, because the drop-off data is where this kind of funnel gets made. After that, if you want us to stay, it continues on a monthly retainer.
Both ship with optimization. We never start traffic on a funnel and leave.
The same four stages we run everything through, applied to one launch.
01. Position
Three weeks before anything gets built. We audit what you have run before, even if the funnel is new, research your market and competitors, write the customer avatars properly, consume the product we are about to sell, and settle the one decision that matters most: the topic and the angle. It ends in a marketing deck with the positioning, the hooks and the whole funnel laid out, reviewed with you before we build a thing.
02. Build
Everything the funnel needs, built as one system. Landing pages with copy and design, ad creative with scripts and banners, the checkout with its bumps and upsells, the email sequences from confirmation to sales to abandonment, and the event content itself when there is one, deck included. You see every piece before it goes live.
03. Prove
We go live with you and watch the numbers as they come in, every day. Every stage of the funnel has a benchmark, and we optimize against it while the launch runs, in writing, so you know what is working and what we are changing.
04. Scale
Once the numbers hold, we decide together what comes next. An event launch ends with a retrospective: what worked, what did not, and what the numbers say you should do next, from running it again to turning it evergreen. The funnel is yours, documented. An evergreen launch ends its first three months the same way, and if you want us to stay, we continue on a monthly retainer, putting more behind what works and cutting what does not.
What this looks like in practice.
Michael Pilarczyk · Event launch
$1.5M from a single launch.
Starting point:
An established author with an annual launch that already worked, and a ceiling it had not broken.
What we did:
Rebuilt the launch model around the offer, then segmented the whole list so each group got the offer that fit it. Ran the campaign end to end, paid ads included, and turned Michael’s YouTube channel into a launch channel: links, thumbnails and recommended videos all pointing one way. Michael was hands-on in every asset, which is a big part of why it worked. Revenue went from around $900K the year before to $1.5M in a single launch window.
Window:
One launch, early December to mid January.
Sprout Health · Evergreen launch
$0 to $1.4M in 13 months.
Starting point:
A GLP-1 telehealth brand that did not exist yet, still just an idea from the founders.
What we did:
Built the brand from the ground up. Positioning, site, the first quiz to intake funnel and the email engine behind it, then the acquisition to feed it: affiliates, UGC and paid. Along the way we connected the departments a telehealth business runs on, pharmacy, customer support, tech and marketing, so a patient’s journey worked as one thing instead of four.
Window:
The first funnel live in the first months, $1.4M by month thirteen.
Every number on this page comes from work the three of us did ourselves, much of it before the studio had a name. We have run the businesses, not just the ads.
What we promise, and what we do not.
We will not tell you what this launch is going to make. Nobody can say that honestly before they have seen your numbers, and anyone who does is guessing with your money.
What we commit to instead: every stage of the funnel gets measured against a benchmark, registration rate, show-up rate, close rate, cost per acquisition, and we tell you exactly where you stand and what each gap is worth. You see it every week, in writing, including the weeks when the news is bad. You will not have to wonder if it is working. You will know.
What we will need on your side.
A launch is built with you, not for you. These are the four things that make the difference between a launch that runs and one that stalls.
Someone who can implement pages from what we hand over. We design and write; your team builds, or we bring a builder from our network.
An ad budget that fits the target. We work it out with you in the strategy phase: give us the revenue goal and we compute the spend, or give us the budget and we set the expectation. Launching to a list you already have needs far less.
An email platform you already use. We write every email; you own the sending.
The willingness to show up on camera or live when the launch needs it. You do not have to be a natural at it. That part can be learned, and we help you get there.
Tell us honestly where you stand on the call. It shapes what the proposal actually recommends.
Questions people ask about the Launch Pack.
How long does it take?
An event launch takes around three months from kickoff to live, with the optimization inside the launch. An evergreen launch takes around ten weeks to build, then a minimum of three months of optimization once traffic is running. After that, a monthly retainer is your choice. The calendar assumes you keep pace with us on interviews, assets and approvals. If it stretches, the timeline moves and the scope does not.
I do not know which funnel I need. Is that a problem?
No, it is the point. Deciding the format is the first thing we do, and we never assume it upfront. A webinar, a challenge, a quiz and a book campaign are different answers to different situations, and the diagnosis tells us which one yours is.
Do I need an audience already?
No. A launch to an existing list and a launch to cold traffic are both launches. The difference is the ad budget, and we size that with you in the strategy phase before anything is signed.
Who runs the ads?
We plan the campaigns and produce the creative, scripts and banners. Your media buyer runs the account, or we bring one in from our network and lead them, so you do not have to.
Can we launch two things at once?
One funnel, one launch at a time. It is how we can take ownership of the result. A second funnel is a second engagement, once the first one has proved itself.
What happens after the launch?
After an event launch you get the retrospective and the funnel, documented and yours. From there, three roads: run it again with what we learned, turn it into an evergreen funnel now that it has proved itself live, or bring us in as your marketing team through a Growth Partnership. We recommend one, and we tell you if the answer is none of them. An evergreen launch gets the same retrospective at the end of the first three months, and you choose whether we stay on a monthly retainer.
What does it cost?
An event launch is a fixed scope at a fixed price: one funnel, one launch, optimization included. An evergreen launch is a fixed-price build plus a minimum of three months of optimization, with a monthly retainer after that only if you want one. We do not publish the numbers because the scope conversation comes first, but you get scope, timeline and price in writing after the call, before you commit to anything.
Tell us what you dream of launching.
Tell us about the offer, the audience you have or want, and what has kept it from launching so far. We read every application ourselves, and we say yes to the launches we are genuinely excited about.
